We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with our services within 30 days of purchase, you may request a full refund.

2.2 Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase
  • Provide your order reference number
  • Provide a reason for the refund request
  • Not have violated our Terms of Service

2.3 Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

3. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your purchased service for a different package or upgrade, please contact our support team within 30 days of purchase. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Services used beyond 30 days from purchase date
  • Services where Terms of Service have been violated
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to policy violations

After signing the official contract between the student and FX Global company, the subscription is considered final and non-refundable, and the student is not entitled to request any refund or exchange after signing the contract.

Once the requested service is activated and the content or educational sessions begin to be provided to the student, a portion of the fees is deducted for the period and services that have already been provided, and this portion is not refunded under any circumstances.
